I couldn't resist buying this origin to share with you all. It is a delight to roast, and then to drink. I made a quick plunger coffee with a coarse grind, and used filtered rain water. Was taken aback by the clean flavours of crisp sweet apple and then caramel. Different coffee making vessels will bring out other flavours from a coffee, it's fun to explore and I highly recommend it.
Notes of coffee cherry upfront with a long finish of sweet malt biscuits, sugar plum and caramel. Best served as black: espresso, long black made with rain water or try it as filter, maybe a V60 to bring out more malt and delicate floral sweetness from this fine origin.

V60: 12g for single serve. Only use filtered water, unfiltered tap water spoils great coffee.
