For us, unlocking the best flavours of the bean requires a state of the art coffee roaster. Our Diedrich roast system allows our Artisan roasters to constantly roast at their best, day in, and day out. 

Every batch is monitored during the roasting cycle, and then packaged straight away, so that no roasted coffee is exposed to oxygen for any period of time, ensuring total freshness.

Quality Control

Taking quality control to an all-new high. We use SCCA Systematic Cupping standards for the sensory evaluation of coffee’s flavour. Every new coffee origin is assessed before it makes the cut into one of our signature blends or as a seasonal single origin.
