A Medium style roast to bring out the richness of Baker's cocoa, with flavours of dried fig, plum and some stone fruits when made as an espresso with a dash of milk or cream.

Suited for Plunger, Stovetop, and is absolutely delicious through a home espresso machine extracted over good quality vanilla-bean ice cream and crumbled chocolate flake.
