Returns Policy

Retail Online Customers

We do not refund or exchange products where you have simply changed your mind. However, if there is something genuinely wrong with the quality or condition of the products when they are delivered to you, please contact us immediately via phone or email, and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Wholesale Customers

All orders are final once received by Mahalia Coffee. Within 5 business days you shall notify Mahalia Coffee in writing or by email of any shortages, defects or damage, you reasonably believe existed at the time of shipping. Within 10 business days after the receipt of such notice, Mahalia Coffee will investigate the claim of shortages, defects or damage, inform you of its findings, and deliver to you products to replace any which Mahalia Coffee determines, in its sole discretion, were in short supply, defective or damaged at the time of shipping.
