From the Konga Keble growing region, this natural processed Yirgacheffe single origin has a maple syrup - like body, wild picked blackberry flavours round out into a smooth, sweet subtle sherbet finish.
This origin is deliciously sweet as an espresso or perfect over ice made when from a cold drip coffee maker as this method brings out a huge amount of fruitiness in the cup. Not suitable to be served with milk or alternative milks due to the origin's lightness of roast style and high acidity.

Temp: 94°c Group handle basket: 22g

Out: 50g (60ml)
Time: 30sec
Cold Drip: 100gm to 850ml filtered, iced water
V60: 10gm for single serve. Only use filtered water, tap water spoils great coffee
