We roast to order in small batches at our roastery in Robe, South Australia — your coffee is roasted after you order, not pulled off a shelf, so it reaches you as fresh as possible.
Yes. Every coffee is available as whole beans or ground to your brew method — espresso, plunger, pour-over/drip or stovetop — selected right on the product page before you check out.

As a rough guide: 1–2 cups a day uses about 250g a week, 2–4 cups a day uses about 500g a week, and 6–8 cups a day uses about 1kg a week (based on 21–22g of coffee per serve).
