STEP 1 – CHOOSE YOUR COFFEE
Whether you're hooked on our universally adored Blend 2 for espresso or a devout Blend 1 filter drinker, all our blends are available for subscription in your choice of grind and two sizes: 1kg and 250g.
Our coffee subscriptions are flexible, allowing you to subscribe to a single blend or an assortment of your most-loved ones.
STEP 2 – SET YOUR DELIVERY FREQUENCY
Once you've settled on your blends, choose how often you'd like them delivered — from 2 weeks to every 12 weeks. We only charge you when it's time to fulfil your order. Your first order is prepared when you start your subscription; after that, orders are billed and processed on the schedule you set.
STEP 3 – YOUR COFFEE ARRIVES, ON SCHEDULE
Before each order, you'll get an email confirming it's coming up, then a follow-up 24 hours later once it's been charged and processed. We'll also let you know about any changes or issues with your subscription.

You're in full control:
- Cancel your subscription
- Order now – place a recurring order immediately
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause and resume as needed
- Change your delivery frequency (handy if you're travelling)
- Edit quantities, or add a one-time product
- Remove products from your subscription
- Update your shipping address
- Add notes or requests to an upcoming order
HOW TO ACCESS THESE OPTIONS
1. Log in to your account and go to your Profile page (or your Orders page).
2. Click the 'Manage Subscriptions' button.
3. This opens your subscription portal, where you can make any of the changes above.
