The Three Origins Behind the Blend
Blend Zero is built around a deliberate combination of Arabica and Robusta origins, each chosen for a specific role in delivering maximum flavour and caffeine impact:

Brazil (Arabica) The smooth, chocolatey backbone of the blend. Brazilian Arabica is grown at lower altitudes in the Cerrádo and Sul de Minas regions, producing beans with low acidity, a heavy body, and natural nutty sweetness. In Blend Zero, Brazil provides the approachable base that balances the intensity of the Robusta.

Nicaragua (Arabica) Grown in the highlands of Jinotega and Matagalpa, Nicaraguan coffee brings bright fruit notes and a clean, complex acidity. These beans contribute the juicy fruit finish that lifts Blend Zero out of pure bitterness and into something genuinely interesting.

Sumatra Robusta (Indonesia) The powerhouse of the blend. Robusta beans contain roughly twice the caffeine of Arabica, and Sumatran Robusta is among the most prized, earthy, full-bodied, and intensely flavoured. It’s what gives Blend Zero its thick, syrupy body, its dark chocolate depth, and its reputation as the highest caffeine blend in the Mahalia range. Not for the faint-hearted.
