Subscription Pricing and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Terms When you purchase a subscription from Mahalia Coffee, you will be automatically charged at the frequency you selected (weekly, fortnightly,  monthly, six weekly) until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at sales@mahaliacoffee.com.au. Cancellations will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for subsequent deliveries.

Pricing Adjustments From time to time, we may need to adjust subscription pricing due to changes in coffee costs, shipping, or other factors. When a price change occurs, we will provide you with at least 14 days' advance notice via email before the new pricing takes effect.

During this 14-day notice period, you may:

  • Continue your subscription at the current price
  • Cancel your subscription without penalty
  • Modify your subscription frequency or products
  • If you take no action, your subscription will automatically continue at the new price after the 14-day notice period.

Payment Method You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each recurring subscription order. Please ensure your payment information is kept up to date to avoid service interruptions.
