The Five Origins Behind the Blend

Every cup of Blend 2 is the result of five carefully selected origins, each contributing something distinct:

• Brazil Provides the chocolatey base and smooth body that anchors the blend. Brazilian beans are prized for their low acidity and nutty sweetness, the foundation that makes Blend 2 so approachable.
• Sumatra Adds depth and earthiness. Sumatran coffee is wet-hulled, producing a full-bodied, syrupy texture that gives Blend 2 its satisfying weight in the cup.
• Colombia Brings the bright stone fruit and berry notes. Colombia's high-altitude growing regions produce beans with a clean, vibrant acidity that lifts the entire blend.
• India Contributes spice and complexity. Indian monsooned or washed coffees add a subtle savoury depth that rounds out the sweetness of the other origins.
• Ethiopia The source of the floral and berry brightness. Ethiopian coffee is the birthplace of Arabica, and its natural-process beans bring the raspberry and blackberry notes that define Blend 2's signature character.
