A vibrant Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Aricha washed, grade 2 specialty coffee with bursts of lemon sugar and mandarin that take centre stage, seamlessly transitioning to notes of earl grey tea on the finish. A delicate, crisp white wine acidity adds brightness and balance — a delicious coffee from one of Africa's most celebrated growing regions.

Available in 250g and 1kg, whole beans or pre-ground to suit your brewing method.

Suggested Brewing Recipes
Espresso: Dose 22g — Yield 50g — Time 28–32 sec
Filter: Ratio 1:16 — Dose 15g — Water 250ml — Time 2:30 min
Only use filtered water — tap water spoils great coffee.

Understanding How Coffee Is Processed

Why does one coffee taste like bright citrus and another like juicy berries? It comes down to processing — how the coffee cherry is transformed into the finished bean after harvest.

Fully Washed: Cherries are pulped, fermented in water to remove mucilage, then washed and dried. The result is a cleaner, brighter cup that highlights the intrinsic origin character of the bean.

Natural (Dry Process): Whole cherries are dried in the sun on raised beds and raked regularly to prevent over-fermentation. This low-water method allows the bean to absorb the natural sugars from the cherry, producing explosive berry, tropical fruit and wine-like flavours.

Pulp Natural (Honey): A hybrid — pulped but with mucilage left on during drying. Produces a sweet, caramel-forward cup with balanced acidity.

Cup Count Guide
1–2 cups daily — 250g per week
2–4 cups daily — 500g per week
6–8 cups daily — 1kg per week
Based on 21–22g of coffee per serve.

Ingredients: 100% Arabica Coffee Beans. No additives or preservatives.
Blended, roasted and packaged in Robe, South Australia, from imported raw coffee beans.

Who this suits: Best for fans of bright, sugar sweet citrus coffees who want to explore a delicate single origin.

What's the best way to brew it?
Pour over or cold drip bring out its abundant juicy Mandarin, thanks to its light roast and bright acidity.
Should I add milk?
We wouldn't recommend it — this one's best served black to let the lemon sugar and earl grey tea notes shine.
What makes it taste this way?
It's fully washed — the cherries are pulped and fermented before drying — which gives it that clean, bright lemon and mandarin character.
