How to Brew
Use approximately 1 teaspoon of loose leaf per cup. Place in a tea strainer or infuser, pour freshly boiled water over and steep for 3–4 minutes. Enjoy black with a slice of lemon, or add a small splash of milk. Avoid over-steeping to prevent bitterness.
