Mahalia Blend 1 is a light roast specialty coffee made from 100% Arabica beans sourced from Ethiopia and Peru. Featuring cherry, floral, berry and apricot notes with low acidity and balanced sweetness, it's a beautifully expressive light roast that rewards those who drink it black.

Available in 250g and 1kg, whole beans, or ground to order for your brew method.

The Two Origins Behind the Blend

Blend 1 pairs a classic Ethiopian with a clean, sweet Peruvian, and each does a different job in the cup:

• Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Grown around Aricha in Yirgacheffe, southern Ethiopia, this coffee brings the floral lift and the apricot, berry and cherry notes that make Blend 1 so bright. Yirgacheffe is one of the best-known regions in Ethiopia, the birthplace of Arabica.
• Peru A top-grade washed Arabica from the Andean highlands. Peru adds natural sweetness and a clean, smooth body. It rounds out Ethiopia's brightness, so the cup stays balanced and easy to drink black.
